Petra Kvitova (12th, Czech Republic) won the Women’s Professional Tennis (WTA) Tour Miami Open (total prize money of $8.8 million) in singles.
Kvitova defeated Elena Rivakina (7th place, Kazakhstan) 2-0 (7-6<16-14> 6-2) in the singles final on the final day of the tournament held in Miami, Florida, USA on the 2nd (Korean time). hit

Kvitova won Wimbledon in 2011 and 2014, and in the Masters 1000 series, the rank next to her major, this is her ninth trophy in her career.
Her 1990-born Kvitova is her prospect for her world number 10 ranking next week with this win.
