KT Baseball’s foreign pitcher Cuevas has been named the August Monthly MVP.
Cuevas received 25 out of 30 journalist votes and more than 23,000 out of more than 390,000 fan votes for a total of 44.4 points, beating out Hanwha’s Noh Si-hwan for the monthly MVP honor.먹튀검증
Cuevas is the first individual and KT player to win the monthly MVP award in two years, after Ko Young-pyo in 2021.
Cuevas won all five games he pitched in the month of August, throwing at least seven innings in each game and totaling 36 innings pitched.
